Access and browsing are free of charge. By using the site you accept these terms. You agree to use it lawfully and not to use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial communications, unlawful content or automated messages.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, images, diagrams, design and code of this site belong to the owner or are used with the relevant permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may quote and link to them with attribution. Any other reproduction, distribution or transformation for commercial purposes requires prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, trade names and logos shown on the site (companies the owner has worked for, technologies or platforms mentioned) belong to their respective owners and are cited for identification purposes only.
4. Liability and links
The owner strives to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruption, and accepts no liability for damages arising from its use. The site links to third-party pages (code repositories, professional networks, videos, app stores). The owner has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
5. Privacy policy
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), this section describes how personal data collected through the contact form are processed.
- Controller
- Juan Pablo Castro Hurtado (registered legal name: CASTRO HURTADO JUAN PABLO), NIF 70966436M, Salamanca, Spain. Contact: juanpablo@castrosolutions.dev.
- Data processed
- What you type into the form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. The country the submission comes from, inferred from the connection, is recorded alongside it as an anti-abuse measure. No other browsing data are collected.
- Purpose
- To handle your enquiry, reply to you and, where relevant, continue the professional conversation you start. Your data are not used for advertising or profiling.
- Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request when the enquiry concerns a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Recipients
- Only the owner receives your data. To deliver the message, two processors are involved: the site's hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), which receives and processes the submission, and a messaging service the owner uses as an internal channel to be notified of contact requests. Data are not shared with any other third party unless required by law.
- International transfers
- The providers above may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
- Retention
- For as long as the conversation you started lasts and, at most, 12 months after the last contact if it does not lead to a professional relationship. If it does, the data become subject to that relationship and the applicable legal retention periods.
- Your rights
- You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to juanpablo@castrosolutions.dev and stating which right you are exercising. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this site, and unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Salamanca, Spain.
The owner may update this text to reflect changes in the law or in the site itself. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its revision date.
